Tenants are required to carry on the day to day and provide access for repairs and strata requirments.
In the event, showings are required the tenant are required to provide entry with a 24 hour notice. β¦.

For repair issues, we will arrange an appropriate contractor. If the repair is required because of damage caused by your misuse, negligence or that of your guests, then you (the tenant) will be responsible for the cost.

If the repair results from normal wear and tear, or from a mechanical or structural failure that is not your fault, the landlord will cover the cost.β
