  • This is a rough approach as to what I feel, please provide feedback after reviewing so I can be more of a same page with you. 

  • Once we start touring the current inventory, we will start to help you:

    • Arrange showings 

    • Source Inventory 

      • Track Subject Removals 

      • Review Terminated

      • Review Expired listings

      • Outbound marketing 

      • Non-conventional sources 

  • After viewing, if there’s a property you are interested in, please let us know as soon as possible and we will conduct a CMA for hte property to determine fair market value. 

    In addition to CMA, Comparative market analysis, we may use additional methods to determine the value such as: 

    • Cost Build Analysis 

    • BC Assessment as a baseline analysis 

    • Etc. 

    Offer Acceptance 

    Once an offer is accepted, we will then conduct due diligence on the property’s underlying value. 

    This includes that your purchase can be use as intended. 

    The condition of the property. 

    Etc.

    Before removing subjects (making the offer firm), you may further negotiate on the price if the findings have revelations that makes may alter your initial accepted agreement.
